私たちの事務所が代理して最近特許査定が下された有用な発明(特開2015－140545号、(株)インテリックス)を紹介します。まもなく特許になります。6つの請求項のうち請求項1、2を示します。このクレームを読んで発明の構造が思い浮べでください。
簡単にいうと、2つの壁面を組み合わせてL字形(請求項1)またはT字形(請求項2)を形成し、さらにこれらの2壁面の少なくとも一端にパネル材を直角に接合することにより形成される間仕切りです。この構造は間仕切りの剛性を高め、部屋に応じてフレキシブルな使い方ができるという効果を奏します。

【請求項1】

居住空間の床面に摺動可能に載置される可動間仕切りであって、
第1の壁面の一端と、第2の壁面の一端とを直角に接合させた断面L字形状を備え、
上記第1の壁面及び第2の壁面の少なくとも一方の端部に、先端パネルの一端が直角に接合されると共に、第1の壁面及び第2の壁面の表面に仕上げ材が貼着されていることを特徴とする可動間仕切り。

【請求項2】

居住空間の床面に摺動可能に載置される可動間仕切りであって、
第1の壁面の途中と、第2の壁面の一端とを直角に接合させた断面T字形状を備え、
上記第1の壁面及び第2の壁面の少なくとも一方の端部に、先端パネルの一端が直角に接合されると共に、第1の壁面及び第2の壁面の表面に仕上げ材が貼着されていることを特徴とする可動間仕切り。

I will introduce to you a useful invention (Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2015 – 140545; applicant: Intelix Co., Ltd.) that was filed through our office and determined to be granted a patent; it will be patented soon. Claims 1 and 2 of the six claims are shown below. Let's assume the structure of the invention from these claims.
In summary, this invention relates to a partition formed by combining two wall surfaces into an L shape (Claim 1) or T shape (Claim 2), and further bonding a panel material to at least one end of these two wall surfaces perpendicularly. This structure enhances the rigidity of the partition and can be used flexibly in various rooms.

[Claim 1]

A movable partition slidably placed on a floor of a housing space comprising,
an L-shaped section formed by bonding one end of a first wall surface and one end of a second wall surface perpendicularly, wherein
one end of a tip panel is bonded to at least one end of the first wall surface and the second wall surface perpendicularly, and finishing materials are adhered to the surfaces of the first wall surface and the second wall surface.

[Claim 2]

A movable partition slidably placed on a floor of a housing space comprising,
a T-shaped section formed by bonding the intermediate section of a first wall surface and one end of a second wall surface perpendicularly, wherein
one end of a tip panel is bonded to at least one end of the first wall surface and the second wall surface perpendicularly, and finishing materials are adhered to the surfaces of the first wall surface and the second wall surface.
