日本特許庁のJ-PlatPatの使い方講座第3回目です。
審査書類照会ができるというのも利点です。これまで出願書類を見るには、出願書類の閲覧請求を特許庁に申請する必要がありました。しかしJ-PlatPatでは、「審査書類情報」をクリックすると、出願経過が見られます。
拒絶理由、意見書、手続補正書、特許査定など経過が出てきます。意見書の内容も閲覧できます。
「特許・実用新案番号照会」をしてたとえば4230197という特許番号を「特許公報・公告特許公報(B)」という種別の横に入力します。
公報が出てきたら右上の「審査書類情報」をクリックします。

This is the third lecture of how to use J-PlatPat of the Japan Patent Office (JPO) website.
One of the advantages of this site is being able to inquire about examining documents. Up to now, we have been requesting JPO to inspect filing documents to see the patent prosecution process, but on J-PlatPat, by clicking on “Examination Document Information", we can inspect the patent prosecution process such as the notice of reasons for rejection, argument, amendment and a decision to grant a patent, etc., and even the contents of the argument.
By clicking on “Patent and Utility Model Number Inquire", and then inputting, for example, patent number 4230197, while “Patent Official Gazette/Published Patent Gazette (B)" is selected as “Type", the official gazette is displayed.
Please click on “Examination Document Information" in the upper right corner.
