私も今回の出願とジャスコ林さんのタレント活動開始は関係ないと思います。なぜなら、イオン(株)はすでに多くの「ジャスコ」という登録商標を有しているからです。今回の出願も定期的に出願されてきた「ジャスコ」商標の一環と考えられます。「イオン」に統一されたものの、「ジャスコ」という信用の蓄積した知的資産をイオンは守り続けていきたいのでしょう。
