業務内容 Responsibilities	At Interbooks, we produce a wide range of English-language content, including corporate websites, promotional materials, company brochures, integrated reports, and academic documents. We are currently seeking English proofreaders who can review completed English texts and improve their overall quality. In addition to correcting grammatical and stylistic issues, we welcome professionals who can suggest improvements to make the text more natural, readable, and effective for its intended audience. Responsibilities We are seeking English proofreaders who can handle monolingual English proofreading and editing projects. Main Responsibilities: ✓ Proofreading and editing English-language documents 　Checking grammar, spelling, punctuation, and usage 　Ensuring consistency in areas such as singular/plural forms, articles, and verb tenses 　Identifying unnatural or unclear expressions and suggesting improvements 　Ensuring consistency in terminology and style ✓ Identifying layout inconsistencies and formatting issues ✓ Conducting fact-checking where required ✓ Providing revision suggestions using comment functions, including explanations and supporting rationale What We Value Most Some of our clients request not only corrections, but also clear explanations as to why changes are necessary. For this reason, we particularly welcome candidates who can provide well-reasoned revision suggestions and clearly explain the rationale behind their recommendations using comments. In addition, some projects require fact-checking against reliable public sources, such as government agencies, academic institutions, and official corporate websites. We therefore value candidates who can verify information accurately and propose appropriate alternatives when necessary.
必要な経験・スキル Required experience and skills	Native-level English proficiency Professional experience in English proofreading and/or editing Strong knowledge of grammar, style guides, and terminology management Excellent attention to detail, including consistency, readability, linguistic accuracy, and factual accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and work responsibly
